How Does the Process Work?
Polished concrete transforms your existing slab into a durable, refined surface.
Preparation
Our skilled technicians evaluate the concrete surface for moisture content, damage, and density. We then mechanically grind all surfaces using progressively finer diamond tooling to achieve the ideal surface profile. This removes imperfections and opens the concrete for optimal results.
Concrete Repairs
Cracks, pitting, and surface imperfections are filled and repaired prior to polishing. A moisture mitigation primer is applied if conditions indicate.
Grinding & Honing
Our technicians work through a series of increasingly fine diamond abrasive pads, systematically refining the surface to the desired level of sheen — from a matte hone to a high-gloss mirror finish.
Densifying & Sealing
In this final step, a chemical densifier is applied to harden and dust-proof the surface. A penetrating sealer or guard coat is then applied to protect against staining, moisture, and daily wear while enhancing the finished appearance.
